Great place. Willams bar and dinner by the ocean are freindly great coffee and breakfast. Excellent fry’s. staff very helpful.

2-3 star accommodations, but a 8 star for service...Ernesto at the front desk makes such a difference.

Nice location with a small pool and right on the beach, place looks old but has some great views.

Wow!!!! what a beautiful view from bedroom and living room, Great location, many restaurant's to choose from around the hotel, beach is 7 steps down from the pool area. They have a restaurant by the pool that serve some good cheap appetizers and alcoholic drinks that are well worth the money they sell them for. The food was delicious, and they deliver to your room, it's only open 8 -4pm mon-fri. This place has 16 floors and only has 2 elevator that carry max of 5 people or risk getting stuck. The staff was helpful and friendly. The corner suites are the best ones with views all around. They have 2 bed 2 bath downstairs and living room and kitchen up stairs. The down side of this hotel are, needs major remodel in the rooms, the beds are hard as rock, the stairs are hard wood and slippery, and the internet works 80% of the time.

The first bite of the freshly toasted bread was nothing short of heavenly. It had the ideal balance of a crispy exterior and a soft, warm center. As I spread the homemade jam over the perfectly buttered toast, the combination of flavors danced on my taste buds. The jam itself was bursting with the essence of ripe, hand-picked fruits, and its natural sweetness elevated the entire dish. But what truly set this breakfast apart from any other was the breathtaking ocean view that accompanied it. As I sat at my table, savoring each mouthful, my eyes were treated to a mesmerizing vista of the vast sea. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore created a soothing symphony that complemented the intimate dining experience. I also can't commend the staff enough for their exceptional service. From the knowledgeable waitstaff to the friendly atmosphere they cultivated, I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. They were more than happy to accommodate any requests and provided insightful suggestions, further enhancing my overall dining experience. Islas del Sol is more than just a restaurant; it is a haven for those seeking a delightful morning meal. The combination of the scrumptious breakfast featuring toast and homemade jam, paired with the mesmerizing ocean view, creates an experience that is truly unparalleled. Very nice beach resort, one of the older ones that could use some renovations. Gorgeous views, cold AC, and a phenomenal bar and restaurant. Highly recommend

We love this condo resort and keep returning yearly. Why? It’s located right on the ocean; the restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; and the staff is so courteous with any of your needs. The end units with the extra windows facing either east or west are fabulous. Many of these are owned by outsiders and you can rent directly from them (VRBO) and or through the management. And yes, some of the units are dated but they come with full kitchen and ocean views. If you love mixing with people from Mexico, Canada and US - then this is a place you’d want to come. Here you are located close to great restaurants and live music. Mazatlán is quickly becoming a feast of musicians with many of them coming from Canada. There is almost something to do. Ultimately we love the resort because of the people that come here year after year. Because it’s a smaller resort you get to know the people. And William, (restaurant owner) will ensure that you are fed and that the crevasses continue to roll out in ice buckets!

I recently arrived at the Doubletree in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, and was warmly welcomed by two outstanding employees, Alan Renteria and Kimberly Ramirez. They greeted me with delicious chocolate chip cookies, as is the Hilton tradition. Their kindness went above and beyond, and they even upgraded me to an ocean view room that exceeded my expectations. I wish all hotels were like Hilton. Thank you for an incredible experience in Mazatlan!
